What document(s) are required for your mortgage payment?
To help us verify your payment request, do provide us with your Mortgage Loan Agreement which should include the following:-
- Loan Type
- Loan Holder Name
- Loan Account Number / Loan Repayment Account Number
- Loan Payment Amount
- Loan Term or Period
Note: If the above information is not available or sighted on your mortgage loan agreement, you may provide us with additional documents such as:-
- The latest copy of your loan account statement.
- Confirmation letter or email from the bank.
